  • We meticulously clean and disinfect our checkouts after each customer use. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so our standard cleaning and disinfection processes ensure the highest level of hygiene.

    Each box is carefully cleaned, sanitized, and inspected by your local Tesili Box Rental team to ensure exceptional quality.

  • Most of our customers choose to rent boxes for two weeks, ideal for leisurely packing and unpacking. We offer rental options from 1 to 5 weeks, or longer if needed.

  • We serve Mexico City and several municipalities in the State of Mexico. See coverage areas.

  • We generally deliver within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, during our business hours, Monday through Friday. We recommend ordering at least a week in advance to ensure availability.

  • We deliver and pick up boxes directly from your home or office. You can choose a morning (8 am - 12 pm) or afternoon (12 pm - 4 pm) delivery window, Monday through Friday. See coverage areas.

  • Delivery and pickup are free within our service areas for standard packages. Customized services may incur additional fees, such as delivery or pickup outside of Mexico City or loading and unloading beyond the ground floor at street level.

  • Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for delivery or collection.

    If we come to your home and you are not there for the reception or delivery at the scheduled time, we will arrange a new appointment for an additional fee.
