Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the website www.rentacajas.tesili.net (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Capullo de Mariposa SAPI de CV (hereinafter, "Tesili Renta Cajas"). By accessing or using this Site and our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Site and our services.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Site, placing an order, or interacting with Tesili Renta Cajas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Tesili Renta Cajas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Such changes will become effective upon posting on the Site.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to offer information about Tesili Renta Cajas services, allow the rental of plastic moving boxes, and provide an efficient and secure user experience.

2.2 Access and Restrictions

Access to the Site is permitted exclusively to users over the age of 18. By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Modify, reproduce, distribute or commercialize any content of the Site without prior authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 User Information

To place an order, you must register and provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, billing information, and a valid government-issued ID.

3.2 Account Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

4. Tesili Renta Cajas Services

4.1 Scope of Services

Tesili Renta Cajas rents reusable plastic boxes for moving, as well as other materials related to packaging and transportation.

4.2 Geographic Coverage

Tesili Renta Cajas currently operates in Mexico City and certain municipalities in the State of Mexico. Services outside of these areas are subject to a prior quote. For more information, contact us at info@tesili.net .

4.3 Rental Conditions

  • All boxes and equipment are delivered "to the street." If additional maneuvers are required inside homes, buildings, or hard-to-reach spaces, an additional charge of $200 MXN per floor per package will be applied, even if an elevator is available. These maneuvers must be quoted in advance.
  • The client is responsible for the boxes and equipment during the rental period.
  • Boxes must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, free of residue and damage.

5. Order Process

5.1 Placing the Order

You can place your order through the Site or by emailing info@tesili.net . Be sure to provide complete and accurate information, as well as valid government-issued identification.

5.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. You will then be contacted to confirm delivery and pickup details, if necessary.

5.3 Contracting Deadlines

  • Rental periods are exclusively weekly. Individual rentals are not permitted.
  • If the customer exceeds the contracted period, a new week of the full package will be automatically charged.

5.4 Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications: You can postpone your order date up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Order reductions are not permitted, but you can increase them subject to availability.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 5 days before delivery: administrative charge of 2.9% of the total amount.
    • Less than 3 days before delivery: 30% charge of the total amount.
    • Cancellations on the day of service are non-refundable and will incur a 100% penalty.

6. Delivery and Collection

6.1 Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made to homes within the coverage area.
  • It is mandatory that a person over 18 years of age receive the boxes and sign for them.

6.2 Collection Process

  • All boxes must be empty, clean and stacked in an accessible area.
  • Any damage, loss, or unreturned equipment will be subject to additional charges.
  • In the event of a failed pickup, a $500 MXN fee will be charged in Mexico City. If the pickup is longer, the fee will increase proportionally.

7. User Responsibility

7.1 Permitted Uses

Boxes should only be used to transport non-hazardous solid items.

7.2 Improper Uses

The use of the boxes is not permitted for:

  • Transport of loose liquids.
  • Transport of chemical or toxic substances.
  • Use as containers for food, live or dead animals.
  • Storing objects that could puncture or damage boxes, such as sharp tools.
  • Any use that compromises the reuse of the boxes.

Charges for inappropriate use:

  • Cost per unusable box: $500 MXN.

8. Prices and Payments

8.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit cards.

8.2 Warranties and Charges

  • In the event of damage, breakage, excessive soiling, or unusability of the boxes, a charge will first be applied to the security deposit. If this does not cover the full cost, the remainder will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Tesili Renta Cajas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Tesili Renta Cajas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the Site and will be deemed accepted by continuing to use our services.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
